Linda Toth has been a resident of Simi Valley-Moorpark area since 1968 and has been a full-time real estate licensee since 1983 and a Real Estate Broker since 2002. Learning the trade from her Mom, Linda started out as a mother-daughter team. Mom, Laureen Toth, retired in 1988. That foundation coupled with a strong background in service industries has helped Linda recognize early on that customer service and satisfaction are the building blocks to good business. In 2000, Home Sweet Home Property Management made it debut. It is a perfect addition to Linda's list of services.
Linda’s strong suit is that she provides professional and personal service. This means that she is very available for negotiations, counseling and any questions. She is very “ hands-on” throughout the entire transaction.
Regularly communicating with her clients and the Century-21 motto “It’s as good as done”, are the basis of Linda’s business success. Based on the vast number of awards and accolades within the Century-21 system, as well as her astonishingly high volume of repeat and referral business, her success is readily apparent.
